Due to the large volume of requests at this time, we ask that you allow at least two weeks before contacting us about the status of your application and not submit multiple online applications.
Please also note that it typically takes two billing cycles (four months) for the discount to appear on your bill. We will contact you by phone or email if we have any questions.
This online application process was established to provide customers with quick access to utility bill assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. Six months after enrollment via this form, you will be contacted to renew your application and verify eligibility by providing formal documentation of your household income.
